Carte Flex

Convenience in a card! Flexcards are readily available all around the island.

  1. Scratch off the dark strip covering the vouchernumber with a coin
  2. Dial from your mobile phone: *121* the voucher number and press #(e.g. *121*123456789#)
  3. Then press "SEND"
  4. Look at the phone screen for a message telling you whether the top up was successful.


To check your account balance:

  1. Dial *120#
  2. Then press “SEND"
  3. Check your phone screen for your current balance.

EasyFlex

Digicel prepaid customers are able to access prepaid credit from authorized EasyFLEX vendors. The EasyFLEX vendors operate on the street and also at fixed locations eg, Digicel stores, and various office locations. Vendors are easily identifiable in Digicel EasyFLEX attire or by a more discreet badge in office locations.

How does it work?

  • The Vendor sends the top-up request by SMS with the customer’s MSISDN and top-up denomination desired.
  • The customer will then be issued a USSD top-up confirmation message. The whole transaction takes place within 40 seconds.

 

Flex Ecard

The paper flexcard. One of the most convenient ways to add credit!

  1. Pay the dealer the value of your desired voucher to receive the print paper FlexEcard
  2. Dial from your mobile phone: *121* the voucher numbers #(e.g. *121*123456789#)
  3. Then press "SEND"
  4. Look at the phone screen for a message telling you whether the top up was successful.

To check your account balance:

  1. Dial *120#
  2. Then press “SEND"
  3. Check your phone screen for your current balance.

 

CaribFLEX

Add credit to your Digicel phone from the USA, Canada and Turks & Caicos or send credit to friends and family in Haiti using CaribFLEX.

  1. Visit any store where you see the CaribFLEX sign
  2. Give the Cashier the Digicel number that you want the credit to be sent to
  3. Give the cashier the amount to be added
  4. The credit is then automatically added to the Digicel number once the receipt is printed and a text message is sent to the number confirming the amount of the top up.

Note*: There is no cost to send the credit.

WebFlex

The way to add credit online!

  1. On your computer, enter www.digiceljamaica.com
  2. Select "WebFlex"
  3. Enter your 7 digit Digicel mobile number
  4. Select the credit value to be added
  5. Enter your username and password
  6. Then select “Preview transaction”

*777 SogeCarte Top Up

*777 is a SogeCarte service that is offered to all Digicel mobile subscribers who have a credit/debit card with the bank. SogeCarte users can request the service by dialing *777 from their Digicel mobile and complete the registration and after completion of this they will be able to top up any amount between 50HTG and 1000 HTG. You can register up to 5 different mobile numbers with one credit/debit card.
Note*: There is no charge for dialing *777 from your mobile.

 

Top U Up
  • To U Up is another recharge product which allows Digicel prepaid customers to top up another prepaid account or their own account.
  • Use the voucher code from a Carte Flex or Flex Ecard
  • When topping up an account via Top-U-Up. You need to enter these 2 following short codes:
    • Short Code 1: *125* 509 + mobile number# SEND
    • Short Code 2: *125*voucher code #SEND
  • The “Recipient” will receive the following notification:
    • XX.XX HTG has been successfully added to your account by 5097xxxxxx.Your balance is XXX.XX HTG
