What is Fem Pale/ Fe Yo Pale?

Fem Pale/ Fe Yo Pale is a product/service that allows Digicel customers to move credit from one subscriber to another. This service makes it possible to request and receive funds from other Digicel customers in Haiti.

Who can Use it?

• All customers can use Fe Yo Pale
• Only Prepaid customers can send a Fem Pale

How will it work?

• Fem Pale - A customer requesting credit will type the following command into a blank screen on their phone *127*target phone number*amount requested# send e.g. *127*5097552020*100# send this indicates that the subscriber is requesting 100 gourdes from telephone number 7552020
• Fe Yo Pale-A customer wishing to send credit to another customer will type from a blank screen on their phone *128*target phone number*amount to be transferred# send e.g. *128*5097050505*150# send, this indicates the customer wishes to transfer 150 gourdes to telephone number 7050505.

IMPORTANT:

1. Free to send a Fem Pale request; there is no charge for the customer to send a Fem Pale 
2. Free to receive a Fem Pale request; if a customer receives a Fem Pale request from an unknown party there is no charge
3. Receiving a Fem Pale request does not obligate the recipient to respond with a Fe Yo Pale, you may use any of our top up methods (click here) http://www.digicelhaiti.com/products/topping_up_flex.php
4. Receiving a request for credit does not mean the recipient must send the funds requested
5. A Fe Yo Pale may be sent without first receiving a Fem Pale; a parent may use Fe Yo Pale to send credit to a child without the need for the child to first use Fem Pale and request this credit
6. Fem Pale and Fe Yo Pale is perfect when for whatever reason it is not convenient to purchase credit (e.g. phone card outlets are closed)
7. There is a transfer cost associated with sending a Fe Yo Pale of 1 HTG
8. Post paid subscribers cannot send Fem Pale requests
9. Post paid subscribers can receive Fem Pale requests
