Ghada Gebara, CEO Digicel Haiti, FWI &FG Ms. Gebara is the Regional CEO of Haiti, French West Indies and French Guiana, overseeing Digicel in all of its French speaking markets. Prior to being promoted to this position,she was Chief Executive Officer of Digicel Haiti from August 2005 until September 2007; Deployment Director of Alwtanya-Mobile Phone Operator in Iraq-from 2004 to 2005; Head of Technical Information System Service and KPI Manager of CELLCIS (France Telecom Mobile Lebanon-Mobile Phone Operator/Beirut-Lebanon, from 1996 to 2004. Ghada graduated with a master’s degree in Information Systems and Quality Management from the University of Havre-France in 1994. She also graduated in Telecom Engineering from the Institut National des Télécommunications (INT) Sup Telecom – Evry - France in 1996 where she also received the Eurecom Institute Certicate from Sophia Antipolis in France. Later she completed an Executive MBA at University of Quebec in Montreal in 2008. |

Donal O’Shaughnessy, Chief Operating Officer As Chief Operating Officer, Donal leads Business Roll Out and Acquisition Integration, focused on getting new Digicel operations and acquisitions to market quickly. This means rapidly building networks and preparing pre-launch companies for growth, as well as swift, seamless integration of acquisitions. Drawing on his experience and strong track record of rapidly building networks and preparing pre-launch companies for growth, as well as swift, seamless integration of acquired companies, Donal plays a key role in supporting new territories and roll out teams. Legal & Regulatory affairs are also under Donal’s responsibility. Former CEO of Digicel Aruba and Digicel Barbados, Donal played a key role in Digicel’s initial 2001 launch in Jamaica as Infrastructure Director, and went on to successfully establish and support Digicel operations throughout the Eastern Caribbean and Netherlands Antilles region. Donal previously worked for Irish mobile telecommunications company Esat Digifone as a member of the team responsible for the rollout of the cellular infrastructure throughout Ireland. Donal graduated from University College Cork, Ireland, with an Honours Engineering Degree in 1988 and is a Chartered Professional Engineer in both the UK and Ireland. Donal is based in Kingston, Jamaica. |

Ken Mason, Business Development Director Ken Mason joined the Digicel family on December 1, 2004 as Group Business Development Director. His primary objective is to identify further opportunities by which Digicel Group can continue to expand its footprint in the Caribbean and other key locations. Ken was formerly with Pario Solutions (The Lewis Group), a major Caribbean telecom engineering solutions provider, where he served as Group Vice President - Marketing and Corporate Affairs. Prior to Pario, he was actively involved in Caribbean/North American economic development and corporate and government consulting. A proud Excelsior High School alumnus, Ken is a graduate of Pace University, New York where he majored in Accounting, Finance and International Business. |

David Hall - Chief Executive Officer David Hall joined Digicel in April 2002 as Finance Director. In August 2003, David was promoted to Chief Operating Officer responsible for overseeing the continued growth of business in Jamaica. Prior to that David served as Operations Director in Servecast, a leading European provider of outsourced streaming media delivery services. With a decade’s worth of experience in the field of accounting, David held many key positions with international companies. He was the Financial Controller of the Consumer Division within Esat Telecom, a PLC quoted on the Nasdaq which was purchased by BT in 2000 for US$2.9b. Prior to joining Esat, David was the Finance Manager with Kerry Group PLC, one of the world’s leading food ingredients group. David owes his success in the field to his strong educational background. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Computing from University College Cork in Ireland. He earned himself a scholarship to undertake an MBA from the same University in Economics in 1992. David continued his studies and completed an MBS specializing in accountancy from Dublin City University. David’s interests include Travel, Golf, Soccer and Hurling. |

Kevin White Kevin White has been a part of the Digicel team for three years and has been instrumental in ensuring the success of several Digicel launches in the Eastern Caribbean. He has a proven track record of bringing companies to market leadership, which he continues to demonstrate by the high performance of the business units on the islands of St. Lucia, Grenada and St. Vincent & the Grenadines. Kevin has a wealth of experience in all areas of Telecommunications such as Operations Management, Commercial and Products Management, Sales and Marketing Management with such companies as ESAT Telecomm in Ireland and World Com and Mercury in the UK. Kevin is based with his family in Bridgetown, Barbados. |

Colm Delves, Chief Executive Officer Colm joined Digicel in May 2004 as chief financial officer before taking up the role as chief executive officer. Colm drives the company to continually deliver on our success by building and fostering what makes Digicel world class – our unique style ((bold deal making, speed to market, customer focus, business optimization) of working and our people. Prior to joining Digicel, Colm provided consultancy services to a number of companies, including O'Brien Cellular Ltd, owned by Denis O'Brien. From September 1993 through October 2003, Colm was chief financial officer of Hibernia Foods plc, a Nasdaq quoted company engaged in the food manufacturing industry. He qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG Dublin and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. Colm holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Dublin City University and is based with his family in Kingston, Jamaica. |

Ben Atherton, Director of Marketing As Director of Marketing, Ben and his team are focused on the key Digicel style of customer sensitivity; driving an innovative product roadmap, setting brand standards, delivering Comms, Research, PR, Retail, Sponsorship and Events that drive pre-launch, support high growth, and protect & grow income mature market stages respectively. Ben brings twelve years experience in telecoms and media. Prior to Digicel, he spent four years at Orange, first running a brand management/business development team for Asia, Middle East and the US/Caribbean and latterly running the global sponsorship team. Ben started his career at UK advertising agency AMV in 1993, continuing at media pioneer CIA, working with, amongst others, Nike and Shell on brand building. He left to join VC Speed Ventures in 2000 as Marketing Director working with early stage B2B wireless companies. A British national, Ben pursued tertiary studies at the University College London where he obtained a BSc in Architecture. |

Mario Assaad, CTO and Director of Competitive Services As CTO and Director of Competitive Services, Mario Assaad and his team are focused on continuing to support the Digicel key style of customer sensitivity. His responsibility is to provide across all the Digicel operations, cost efficient and customer focused network and technology solutions that will drive our competitive advantage of a superior core product (the network). He also manages Group Carrier Services, Roaming and Product Delivery. Mario joined the Digicel family on January 3, 2005 as Group Chief Technology Officer. This role aims to bring coherence in the Technical and IT approach, innovative Telco-grade services and solutions to the end-user, efficient applications to the internal clients, optimizing time and costs as well as raising revenues. He has been in the Caribbean region for almost five years and joined Digicel from his previous position as Technical Director for Orange in the Dominican Republic. Prior to that, he was involved in the launch and support of GSM and fixed operators in the Lebanon. Mario has a Masters in Engineering from the “Ecole Superieure Des Ingenieurs De Beyrouth” |
